Gracie Diet Privacy Policy (Updated Feb. 2011)

Many of the ways in which you interact with the Gracie Diet Web site (the "Site") allows Brajitsu, Inc. (“Company”, “we” “our” or “us”) to learn about you. We collect and store statistics and other information about the online activities of our visitors on an aggregated (collective) basis. For example, we track the number of people who view each page to learn which features are the most popular. In most instances, we do not obtain Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) about you.

As a general policy, no Personally Identifiable Information is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. Certain non-personal information, however, including the type of browser being used, its operating system and your IP address may be automatically recorded by the standard operation of the Site's internet servers.

In those instances where we do collect Personally Identifiable Information, you have the option of choosing whether or not to reveal it to us. Some examples of when you voluntarily submit this kind of information include (but may not be limited to) when you fill out the registration page, purchase products from our Site, send us feedback, or post in our chat rooms or message boards. “Personally Identifiable Information” includes your name, physical address, shipping address, billing address, email address, telephone number, other information such as your current weight and goal weight, your date of birth, gender and zip code, as well as financial information including your credit card information, provided in association with other Personally Identifiable Information. If you do not provide all "required" information, however, some portions of our Site will not work properly for you, or you may be denied access to certain sections of the site.

In the event of a complaint, we may also receive Personally Identifiable Information about you from other parties or from other users or third parties who may communicate information to us about you in relation to that complaint.

How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your email addresses or your name and personal demographic information to mass marketers. We use your information on personal and aggregated basis to do such things as distribute email communications, operate our Site, enhance our Site, and sell and deliver advertising. We also use this data, both aggregated and personally identifiable, to enhance your on-site experience by displaying content and marketing messages that we believe will be of interest to you. We may disclose aggregated information about our site to third parties for purposes of analyzing our Site traffic and optimizing how we lay out content on the site.

We may share information collected through transactions (either online or at a local center), like names, addresses, and purchase history, under contracts with third party companies such as printers, mail houses, and list management companies that help us inform you of products or special offers to which you may be entitled. All companies with which we do business have agreed to be bound to this Privacy Policy restraints and will not sell, rent, or otherwise transmit your Personally Identifiable Information.
