Jiu-Jitsu blog The Ground Never Misses recently published a review of The Gracie Diet book and had great things to say about the lifestyle changes developed by Uncle Carlos.
“Where as many diets are ‘fads’ the Gracie Diet is simply a very healthy way to live. I highly suggest this diet book to anyone trying to lose weight and get in better shape.”
The review goes on to say that the book is easy to read and not filled with technical nutritional jargon like many other diet books and that the time and energy put into creating the book come shining through. Most of all the diet is “practical, applicable sense” and overall promotes a healthy way to live.
