    why can rener have the grilled cheese sandwich with the corn soup?? i thought cheese is from another group which doesn´t go with the cornsoup???
    and by the way, in the groups, there is no real cheese mentioned, only cream, fresh, and cottage cheese…..
    to which group does “normal”  yellow cheese belong?
    and why, why why??can he have it all together? i don´t get it really….. :-)

      to quote directly from The Gracie Diet book, pg 41 reads as follows: “When cheese is melted, it falls under Group A. When cheese is fresh, it falls under Group C.” All Group A foods combine with each other [corn is a Group A food]. All Group A foods combine with one food from Group B – in this case the bread on the grilled cheese sandwich. Everything else in the meal is either Group A – nuts, all salad ingredients, and the carrot juice, or neutral – coconut water. hope the info helps…
