Your diet suggests lots of friut combinations which I think is great. I have followed some of your smoothie recipes from youtube and I really enjoy them. However,it seems to contradict what every fitness guru out there preaches, that too much fruit is bad for you.That eating friut by its self is bad because of its sugar content. It obviously works for your family, so what’s the truth
I have seen the long term results of the Gracie Diet, and I am happy with what I saw. I don't know the long term consequences of following the advice of the " fitness gurus" out there. I guess there is one way to find out: do it for the next forty years and find out for yourself. Be sure to let me know.
