I start the diet and i wanted to know if the diet goes with any concerning with sleeping well when sleeping ? How many hours per night ? Thx
You will sleep better when you feel better and the digestion is better. Sleep 8 hours if you can. Take a 15-30 minute nap after lunch whenever possible.
