I am a competitive triathlete, 6’1” 168lbs, and I am going to give your diet a try for two weeks but I have a few questions. I don’t drink milk or eat any dairy but I do drink almond milk. What group does low calorie almond milk fall into? Nextly, I will fail the 4 1/2 hour rule by virtue of having to eat during longer 3-5 hour training sessions, how do I address that. Lasltly, I have had nothing but red apples, figs, and bananas for my first meal. Is that cool to start the day with or should I be looking at group B for the first meal. Thanks. Paul
