HI, Thanks so much for making The Gracie Diet available to the world! I must admit I have a lot of difficulties trying to follow the diet, but I am still trying. The worst part is directly after Gracie Jiu-Jitsu training and I really need something to eat, but 4 hours have not elapsed. My body demands something as soon as possible after training, is it OK to have a smoothie at this time? Thank-you for your time!
