HI, i’m looking to gain 10 pounds in the next 6 months. i dont want to use protein powders or drink alot of milk. what can i do to gain that much weight/ muscle. i’m only 21 and my body is still growing, if i should be eating only every 4 1/2 hours i wont be able to gain any weight. what food do you think i should incorporate into my diet to gain it in a natuaral and healthy way. thanks.
